Job Objective:

Supervise the customer services office and ensure all reports, contracts and databases are prepared and maintained. Deal with customer queries and solve customer related issues and/or problems and ensure all records, complaints, contracts and databases are logged and maintained in accordance to the company’s standards

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Supervise and review the drafting of customer contracts/ICSA’s and deal with any customer related issues.

Ensure client data is correctly maintained within the client database and that all information from clients is correctly captured therein and from there into the contracts/ICSA.

Ensure that all client contracts are correct before sending out and ensure clients sign contracts in a timely fashion.

Prepare regular status reports on all activities of the Customer Services including, but not limited to number of customer complaints and queries, number of outstanding ICSA’s and number of ICSA’s prepared.

Meet with customers face to face to advice on the contracts/ICSA and deal with any queries arising. May involve the Customer Services Coordinator when problems and/or issues cannot be solved by him/her.

Supervise the follow up calls with clients about the status of the ICSA and ensure client receives, signs and returns in a timely fashion.

May help providing information as required with Owners Units Sheet, including but not limited to, verifying load of each unit, receiving and entering meter serial numbers from O&S, entering Owner information from Master Sheet.

Coach and mentor direct subordinates to develop their skills and ensure continuous people development.

Qatar District Cooling Company , known as Qatar Cool, is a private sector joint venture company owned 51% by United Development Company (UDC), 44% by National District Cooling Company (Tabreed) and 5% by other private Qatari investors. Qatar Cool’s aim is to provide efficient district cooling solutions and services for commercial and residential projects in Qatar. Their district cooling operations in the West Bay area of Doha – consisting of two plants covering 10 square kilometres – is currently supplying over 67,000 refrigerating tons of cooling, serving more than 45 towers used for residential, commercial and recreational purposes. The capacity of both plants is enough to supply about two million square meters of air conditioned area. Qatar Cool is also commissioned to provide district cooling for the Pearl Qatar. District Cooling is an important feature in the Pearl’s advanced infrastructure. It will be available through the island with a requirement of 130,000 tons of refrigeration when fully occupied. To supply this demand, construction of Qatar Cool district cooling on the island has already begun and will be operational in phases.
