Senior Sales Associate

Job Purpose:
The role of a Sr. Sales Associates is to assist all customers walking in to the boutiques, greeting and using the brand knowledge and expertise to build customer relations, brand loyalty and achieve sales targets.
Main Activities:
• Maximize sales and exceed Sales Targets with effective use of the stock package and sales information and the initiative to identify other business opportunities.
• Actively seeking out opportunity to promote sales, spending time with customers, helping them to choose products.
• Understanding the requirements and knowing which products/ merchandise will be most effective and best suit their customer.
• Recommending products which will suit their customer’s lifestyle and age.
• Keeping up to date with new ranges of fashion, products, fragrances and colour ranges (Sales Associates: For beauty as well as fashion).
• Visual merchandising, displaying the merchandise and restocking when necessary
• Monitoring stock levels, report stock outage and missed sales to the store manager.
• Working to achieve sales records and identifying sales targets and incentives.
• Keeping accurate customer records for exceptional service as well as after service.
• Build & Maintain strong relations with customers creating a loyal customer base.
• Seek market intelligence to learn more about competitors.
• Create add on sales through suggestive selling skills.
• Wrapping purchases and taking cash, cheques or credit cards as payment.
Skills
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
This position requires a competent and driven candidate with at least 2-3 year of experience in high end luxury fashion sales;
• A Sr. Sales Associate should:
have a smart appearance and be well groomed
have excellent interpersonal skills
be good at selling.
Experience in retail/ high brands.
Positive, professional, energetic and entrepreneurial attitude
Passion for product knowledge, customer service and selling
Basic math skills are necessary
Systems knowledge of MS Office a plus
Fluent in oral and written English; Arabic is an advantage
Qualifications:
• University degree / diploma in any stream.
