In line with the opening of Somerset West Bay, Doha, an explosion of exciting opportunities exists for exceptional individuals with the capacity, aspirations and passion to excel to join us as:
HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER
You will be responsible for planning, organizing and supervising a pool of Housekeeping supervisors, contract cleaners and maintenance crew.  You should have at least 6 years of relevant housekeeping experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity, with a proven track record of success in hotels or apartments.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
You will be responsible for supervising the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly and attractive rooms in the residence.  You should have at least 4 years of relevant housekeeping experience in a supervisory capacity in hotels or apartments.

SECURITY SUPERVISOR
You will be responsible for the day-to-day security operations and overall performance of security staff, to ensure adequate supervision and surveillance in accordance with all security aspects.  You should have at least 4 years of relevant experience assisting the Head Security in hotels and apartments.

GUEST SERVICE OFFICER
You will be responsible for providing efficient  guest services, handling all telephone communication, general enquiries and requests, and maintaining good rapport with guests and visitors.  You should have at least 3 years of Front Office experience in apartments or hotels, and be familiar with hotel information systems software.

HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resource services including recruitment and selection. compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and employee relations. You should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource, with good knowledge of employment legislation and practices in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
You will be responsible for  providing administrative and secretarial support ad carrying out routine administrative/clerical tasks.  You should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.

DRIVER
You will  be responsible for the transfer -in and out of guests to and from the airport, and for transporting staff to and from the residence.  You should have at least 2 years of relevant driving experience (including buses), and possess a valid Qataru driving license

CHEF
Incumbent has exceptional qualifications as evidenced by internationally renowned training and experience. The incumbent will have a proven record of achievement. A minimum of five years experience in positions as a chef at a major hotel or for a high ranking public or private official is required. Managerial experience is required as is evidenced by the supervision of a large kitchen staff. Must be able to prepare full range of cuisine for large function as well as for smaller formal dinners. Ability to prepare creative and varied vegetarian menus a must.
