and experienced professionals for the following positions:
1) Contracts Manager – Construction
who will be responsible for the administration/coordination and management of all contracts, subcontracts and related documentations and conducts bid/proposal preparation in accordance with the company standards and government regulations
General Requirements:
- University graduate in Civil engineering or related discipline
- Certified QS from well known association
- Min 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent analyzing skills.
- Arabic speaker with Very good command of English Very good command of English, Arabic is a plus
2) Quantity Surveyor
who will be responsible to manage value for money and cost in building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
General Requirements:
- University graduate in a related discipline / QS certified diploma is an asset
- Min 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent cost planning, analytical and measurements skills.
- Arabic speaker with Very good command of English Very good command of English, Arabic is a plus

Banking Sector - Payroll Officer
Our client, one of the leading banks within the Middle East region, is seeking the services of an exceptional Payroll Officer. Their services include a full range of retail, corporate, investment, treasury, wealth management, and Islamic banking products and services for individuals, corporate and government entities.
Your primary responsibility will be processing and coordinating payroll both locally and in overseas branches under the guidance of the department head. This role requires excellent attention to detail as it will involve checking numerical calculations, processing deduction requests, salary transfers and maintaining accurate records in accordance with both Qatar Labour Law and the bank’s employment benefits.
Ideally the successful candidate should possess university qualifications specialising in HR and have gained 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role within the banking industry. A natural communicator in English and Arabic, it is expected that you will be well organized and a confident decision maker who enjoys working as part of a team.
