Human Resource Manager

You will be responsible for the full scope of the human resources management to include but not limited to:

• Recruiting
• Responsible for Payroll using HR and Payroll Software
• Monitor performance appraisals, benefits and vacations
• Prepare and monitor the HR budget
• Update and maintain policies and procedures
•  Maintain the document standard for ISO 9001:2000
• Develop strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
• A confident self starter with an MBA in HR and at least 5 years of experience
