As the world searches for greener forms of energy,  we expect demand for natural gas &#8211; the cleanest hydrocarbon &#8211; to double over the next two decades,  and are well positioned to capture growth opportunities.
</p>
<p>The Pearl Gas to Liquids (GTL) project includes the development of offshore natural gas resources in Qatar’s North Field. Upstream,  natural gas will be produced,  transported and processed to produce 120,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day of condensate,  liquefied petroleum gas and ethane. Downstream,  dry gas will be used as feedstock to produce 140,000 barrels per day of clean,  high quality GTL fuels and products.
</p>
<p>We’re currently looking to recruit an <b>Internal Communications Manager.<br />
</b></p>
<p>Responsibilities:
</p>
<p>You will be accountable for:<br />
<br />- Working with senior leaders to build and deliver Country  Business messaging  utilising all available channels consistent with the overall Internal Communications Centre of Excellence (IC CoE) plan and direction;<br />
<br />- Ensuring all Country messaging is  co-ordinated with Group messaging;<br />
<br />- Ensuring close integration with Group IC to support delivery of global internal communications strategy,  governance,  processes and capabilities;<br />
<br />- Managing capacity building on Leadership Communications within the organisation<br />
<br />- Proactively managing and influencing local Country stakeholders to support delivery; help shape demand,  give strategic advice,  provide tools &#038; templates and identify resources to help run and maintain;<br />
<br />- Identifying integrated solutions for business issues and ensure alignment with media relations;<br />
<br />- Leading team of  communications professionals,  managing budget effectively and handling third party contracts;<br />
<br />- Ensure IC delivers with a commercial mindset,  focused on business outcomes,  prioritisation,  simplification and standardisation;<br />
<br />- Develop,  recommend and implement ideas for improvement to IC global systems and processes;<br />
<br />- Integrate metrics and measurement into all strategies and plans and utilise external research,  and<br />
<br />- Develop capacity of communications staff.</p>
<h3>Skills</h3>
<p>You must possess at least a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing or Communications related field. Candidates with Master&#8217;s Degree in related field will be preferred. You will have proven experience in internal communications with exposure to working at senior levels in an organisation.
</p>
<p>You are creative,  with strong commercial mindset,  business focus and have strong interpersonal/influencing skills. You handle sensitive issues with diplomacy,  and builds effective working relationships/networks across all business/functional areas.
</p>
<p>You must have the ability to prioritise,  simplify and standardise. In addition,  you have the ability to identify and articulate clear insights from complex problems. You have fluent command of written &#038; spoken English and Arabic.</p>

<p>We’re currently looking to recruit <b>Mechanical Integrity Inspectors.<br />
</b></p>
<p>Responsibilities:
</p>
<p>In this role,  you will:
</p>
<p>- Assist in the development of mechanical equipment inspection activities based on Risk Based Inspection and Reliability Centred Maintenance techniques,<br />
<br />- Ensure compliance with the Company&#8217;s QSHE policy and guidelines for Inspection activities,<br />
<br />- Ensure that inspection documentation / data are delivered,<br />
<br />- Develop scope for the integrity inspection events of the installed mechanical equipment and associated piping systems,<br />
<br />- Ensure proper application of Equipment Integrity standards throughout the site,<br />
<br />- Assist in simple incident investigations as necessary,  and<br />
<br />- Assist with the development of Qatari nationals.</p>
<h3>Skills</h3>
<p>- Proven experience as an equipment or piping inspector in an operating or project petrochemical environment (e.g. gas plants,  refineries or chemical plant),<br />
<br />- Practical knowledge of welding requirements and good understanding of material selection criteria,  material identification and material degradation,<br />
<br />- Experience in execution of an RBI based inspection program through effective use of contractors were appropriate,<br />
<br />- Proven competency in troubleshooting and analysing of equipment performance in regard to mechanical integrity issues,<br />
<br />- Developed skills in interpreting plant documentation and have knowledge of industry standards,  and<br />
<br />- Been certified in one or more relevant NDT techniques.
</p>
<p>You must have worked in a multicultural environment and must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.</p>

<p>The Freelance Events production Specialist is responsible to provide support to the Head of Events Production for planning,  scheduling and execution of corporate events in an effective and efficient manner in line with established guidelines and policies.
</p>
<p><b>Key Result Areas:</b>
</p>
<p>•	Assist Head of Events Production in preparing calendar for corporate events by liaising with other departments and centers of QF to collate required information.<br />
<br />•	 Receive requests for corporate events from end users on relevant request form; convey acceptance or rejection after approval from Unit Head.<br />
<br />•	Act as the primary liaison for coordination between Events department,  event management agency and end user for events. Prepare event brief and provide inputs towards developing the event project plan. Participate in cross-functional meeting for finalizing event plan,  circulate to all relevant stakeholders,  file and archive the finalized event project plan for implementation.<br />
<br />•	Assist Head of Events Production/end user in the coordination for all logistics,  including invitation content,  guest lists,  catering arrangements,  presentation materials,  audiovisual support,  media services,  webcasting,  photography,  security procedures,  signage opportunities,  messaging opportunities,  collateral,  gifts,  etc.<br />
<br />•	Coordinate for the logistics involved in the event and ensure timely production and dispatch of collaterals and ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipments required for the event.<br />
<br />•	Assist in the preparation of the final guest list for events for the initial approval of the Events Manager; identify VIPs/VVIPs where involvement of Protocol team is required.<br />
<br />•	Organize facilities for car parking,  traffic control,  security,  first aid,  hospitality and the media.<br />
<br />•	Understand and ensure compliance to all legal and regulatory guidelines.<br />
<br />•	Help analyze and evaluate on a qualitative/quantitative basis the effectiveness of each event based on established goals and objectives related to events production.<br />
<br />•	Coordinate the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently.<br />
<br />•	Coordinate post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders).<br />
<br />•	Participate in monthly business plan review with team to discuss issues related to the achievement of departmental plans.<br />
<br />•	Provide inputs to Head of Events Production for preparing/updating the vendor appraisal forms. File and archive all documentation related to vendor appraisals and communicate same to vendors.<br />
<br />•	 Provide inputs to the Events Production Unit Head for the formulation and development of SOPs for the department including formats and policies and take ownership of the relevant processes to ensure compliance with them.<br />
<br />•	Extend full cooperation to Business Support department during process audits,  implement and monitor corrective actions identified during audit.</p>
<h3>Skills</h3>
<p><b>Job Requirement: </b><br />
<br />•	BA/BS in Marketing,  Management or related field,  PMP certification,  or other professional certification for event management.<br />
<br />•	1-2 years of work experience in events department or Event Management Company.
</p>
<p><b>Specific Skills: </b><br />
<br />•	Knowledge of event management processes.<br />
<br />•	Ability to understand and execute instructions.<br />
<br />•	Good written and oral communication skills,  fluency in Arabic is essential.<br />
<br />•	Ability to coordinate with and manage multiple stakeholders.<br />
<br />•	Attention to detail and commitment to quality.<br />
<br />•	Ability to multi-task and handle tight deadlines.<br />
<br />•	Good planning and organizational skills.</p>

<br />•	Daily planning of duties and responsibilities is of an organized nature of self and VP of Human Resources.<br />
<br />•	Set the tone of the office of professionalism in terms of workflow,  appearance of office,  appearance of employees and how one another interacts as a team and towards employees.<br />

<br />•	Manage the inbox of VP of Human Resources taking care of low priority emails,  such as spam,  resumes and small requests from Department Heads which can be easily dealt with.<br />
<br />•	Manage the calendar on Outlook and task list and ensure VP of Human Resources attends meetings as required or committed.<br />
<br />•	Update meetings calendar on Outlook and VP Diary daily.<br />
<br />•	Maintain correspondence and filing cabinets of topics / subjects pertaining to all incoming information.<br />
<br />•	Provide “Trace File” on follow up on delegated tasks to HR team and others.<br />
<br />•	Distribute Memos and Correspondence.<br />
<br />•	Ensure all outgoing mail,  memos,  circulars and letters be handled with care and dispatched accordingly on time.<br />

<p>Responsibilities:

<p>You will be accountable for:<br />
<br />- Working with senior leaders to build and deliver Country  Business messaging  utilising all available channels consistent with the overall Internal Communications Centre of Excellence (IC CoE) plan and direction;<br />
<br />- Ensuring all Country messaging is  co-ordinated with Group messaging;<br />
<br />- Ensuring close integration with Group IC to support delivery of global internal communications strategy,  governance,  processes and capabilities;<br />
<br />- Managing capacity building on Leadership Communications within the organisation<br />

<p>In this role,  you will:

<p>- Assist in the development of mechanical equipment inspection activities based on Risk Based Inspection and Reliability Centred Maintenance techniques,<br />
<br />- Ensure compliance with the Company&#8217;s QSHE policy and guidelines for Inspection activities,<br />
<br />- Ensure that inspection documentation / data are delivered,<br />
<br />- Develop scope for the integrity inspection events of the installed mechanical equipment and associated piping systems,<br />
<br />- Ensure proper application of Equipment Integrity standards throughout the site,<br />
<br />- Assist in simple incident investigations as necessary,  and<br />

<p>- Proven experience as an equipment or piping inspector in an operating or project petrochemical environment (e.g. gas plants,  refineries or chemical plant),<br />
<br />- Practical knowledge of welding requirements and good understanding of material selection criteria,  material identification and material degradation,<br />
<br />- Experience in execution of an RBI based inspection program through effective use of contractors were appropriate,<br />
<br />- Proven competency in troubleshooting and analysing of equipment performance in regard to mechanical integrity issues,<br />
<br />- Developed skills in interpreting plant documentation and have knowledge of industry standards,  and<br />
<br />- Been certified in one or more relevant NDT techniques.

<p><b>Job Purpose:</b>
</p>
<p>The Freelance Events production Specialist is responsible to provide support to the Head of Events Production for planning,  scheduling and execution of corporate events in an effective and efficient manner in line with established guidelines and policies.
</p>
<p><b>Key Result Areas:</b>
</p>
<p>•	Assist Head of Events Production in preparing calendar for corporate events by liaising with other departments and centers of QF to collate required information.<br />
<br />•	 Receive requests for corporate events from end users on relevant request form; convey acceptance or rejection after approval from Unit Head.<br />
<br />•	Act as the primary liaison for coordination between Events department,  event management agency and end user for events. Prepare event brief and provide inputs towards developing the event project plan. Participate in cross-functional meeting for finalizing event plan,  circulate to all relevant stakeholders,  file and archive the finalized event project plan for implementation.<br />
<br />•	Assist Head of Events Production/end user in the coordination for all logistics,  including invitation content,  guest lists,  catering arrangements,  presentation materials,  audiovisual support,  media services,  webcasting,  photography,  security procedures,  signage opportunities,  messaging opportunities,  collateral,  gifts,  etc.<br />
<br />•	Coordinate for the logistics involved in the event and ensure timely production and dispatch of collaterals and ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipments required for the event.<br />
<br />•	Assist in the preparation of the final guest list for events for the initial approval of the Events Manager; identify VIPs/VVIPs where involvement of Protocol team is required.<br />
<br />•	Organize facilities for car parking,  traffic control,  security,  first aid,  hospitality and the media.<br />
<br />•	Understand and ensure compliance to all legal and regulatory guidelines.<br />
<br />•	Help analyze and evaluate on a qualitative/quantitative basis the effectiveness of each event based on established goals and objectives related to events production.<br />
<br />•	Coordinate the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently.<br />
<br />•	Coordinate post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders).<br />
<br />•	Participate in monthly business plan review with team to discuss issues related to the achievement of departmental plans.<br />
<br />•	Provide inputs to Head of Events Production for preparing/updating the vendor appraisal forms. File and archive all documentation related to vendor appraisals and communicate same to vendors.<br />
<br />•	 Provide inputs to the Events Production Unit Head for the formulation and development of SOPs for the department including formats and policies and take ownership of the relevant processes to ensure compliance with them.<br />
<br />•	Extend full cooperation to Business Support department during process audits,  implement and monitor corrective actions identified during audit.</p>
<h3>Skills</h3>
<p><b>Job Requirement: </b><br />
<br />•	BA/BS in Marketing,  Management or related field,  PMP certification,  or other professional certification for event management.<br />
<br />•	1-2 years of work experience in events department or Event Management Company.
</p>

<br />•	Ability to understand and execute instructions.<br />
<br />•	Good written and oral communication skills,  fluency in Arabic is essential.<br />

<p><b>Job Purpose:</b>
</p>
<p>Performs all duties of an administrative nature,  including taking dictation,  transcription,  typing,  setting up appointments,  receiving and screening calls,  preparing correspondence and memoranda,  and maintaining file of all human resource activities and statistical data.
</p>
<p><b>Main Activities:</b>
</p>
<p>•	Handle the VP’s agenda: organize daily tasks,  schedule,  arrange,  coordinate and prepare the meetings.<br />
<br />•	Daily planning of duties and responsibilities is of an organized nature of self and VP of Human Resources.<br />
<br />•	Set the tone of the office of professionalism in terms of workflow,  appearance of office,  appearance of employees and how one another interacts as a team and towards employees.<br />
<br />•	Provide general information services to general staff but in no way to divulge matters of confidential nature in doing so.<br />
<br />•	Be proactive in identifying priorities,  emergencies and important issues in connection with the day-to-day business needs.<br />
<br />•	Handle all incoming and outgoing emails,  correspondence and telephone calls and ensure that it is translated properly.<br />
<br />•	Take minutes and type memos,  letters and emails,  in Arabic/English,  as requested by the VP and ensure its correct archive.<br />
<br />•	Take in charge all issues related to the VP travel arrangements: air tickets and hotels booking,  filling of travel forms,  follow-up out of pocket expenses,  transmission to the accounting department,  etc.<br />
<br />•	Ensure the organization of all administrative filling and referencing procedures.<br />
<br />•	Prepare a press review,  as and when requested by the VP.<br />
<br />•	Ensure Completion of regular re -occurring work,  e.g. birthday list,  monthly report,  briefings,  weekly meeting,  monthly meeting.<br />
<br />•	Welcome and attend the VP’s visitors and maintain good public relations.<br />
<br />•	Control office administrative expenses within his/her area of responsibility,  and do not exceed established plans and if possible are reduced.<br />
<br />•	Ensure policies and procedures are closely followed and adhered to.<br />
<br />•	Standards of quality pertaining to the office administration are constantly monitored and adhered to.<br />

<br />•	Perform regular stocking of administrative supplies,  as well as those used for administration of VP,  as well as those used by other departments in the administration of Human Resources.<br />
<br />•	Ensure compliance of confidential matters such as business dealings,  transactions or affairs of UDC and business associates are not to be divulged to other sources without Company’s written consent during the course of your employment and after the termination of your employment with the Company.<br />
<br />•	Keep the VP of Human Resources continuously informed and updated of all issues and actions taken pertaining to due expiry dates of staff probationary periods,  (6) months appraisals,  promotions period appraisals,  salary increases etc.<br />
<br />•	Perform any task deemed necessary by the management for the efficient running of the HR Department.<br />
<br />•	Manage the inbox of VP of Human Resources taking care of low priority emails,  such as spam,  resumes and small requests from Department Heads which can be easily dealt with.<br />
<br />•	Manage the calendar on Outlook and task list and ensure VP of Human Resources attends meetings as required or committed.<br />
<br />•	Update meetings calendar on Outlook and VP Diary daily.<br />
<br />•	Maintain correspondence and filing cabinets of topics / subjects pertaining to all incoming information.<br />
<br />•	Provide “Trace File” on follow up on delegated tasks to HR team and others.<br />
<br />•	Distribute Memos and Correspondence.<br />
<br />•	Ensure all outgoing mail,  memos,  circulars and letters be handled with care and dispatched accordingly on time.<br />
<br />•	Implement an effective “Trace File” system to follow up on correspondences and actions of tasks and projects,  bringing to the attention of Vice President of Human Resources items which require further action.<br />
<br />•	Take notes in disciplinary and counseling meetings.</p>
<h3>Skills</h3>
<p><b>Continuation of Main Activities:</b><br />
<br />•	Ensures that equipment and lighting in the office are in proper working order.<br />
<br />•	Update policies and procedures,  job descriptions,  benefits,  project task lists,  critical paths and to make Power Point Presentations as required.<br />
<br />•	Prepare Operational Department Head Meetings,  Head of Department Meeting Agenda,  interviews and items for the meetings well in advance to ensure VP of Human Resources is prepared.<br />
<br />•	Liaise with other secretaries for the collection and disseminations of information.<br />
<br />•	Compile,  update and maintain all personnel data with copies of documents in each Grade 1&#038; 2 employee files in a systematic index.<br />
<br />•	Ensure all Human Resources staff roster is correctly managed and days in lieu or overtime are cleared in a timely manner.<br />
<br />•	Ensure confidentiality of information of all employees of HR Department and Head of Departments in level 1 &#038; 2 and access to their records is strictly given as authorized by the VP of Human Resources.<br />
<br />•	To undertake any other tasks that may be required by the VP of Human Resources.
</p>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b>
</p>
<p>•	Undergraduate degree from an internationally recognized university is required.
</p>
<p><b>Skills,  Knowledge and Experience:</b>
</p>
<p>•	7+ years of progressively responsible professional experience of secretarial / administrative role.<br />
<br />•	Marketing and communication background is an advantage.<br />
<br />•	Excellent skills with computer productivity tools.<br />

<br />•	Develop test plans,  test scripts,  test cases,  test data and testing plans with user departments.<br />
<br />•	Identify suitable test automation solutions/options to simulate regression and load testing situations.<br />
<br />•	Standardize practices and procedures based on a system life cycle methodology of the Bank.<br />
<br />•	Ensure tests and procedures are properly implemented and product modifications are further investigated,  if necessary. Work with users,  business analysis and development teams to agree new features and enhancements to existing and/or new systems to close the identified issues.<br />
<br />•	Ensure compliance with all Banks’ life cycle policies &#038; procedures which define the scope of the QA reviews and the reporting requirements,  amongst other matters and which are in line with applicable QCB guidelines/ regulations.<br />
<br />•	Measure progress against timelines and escalate all significant issues to management.<br />
<br />•	Promote consistency across the Bank in the application and measurement of system quality and performance.<br />
<br />•	Review the Bank’s forms and reports to ensure adherence to user needs and adaptability to system changes.  Also,  recommend new forms and reports if necessary.<br />
<br />•	Provide inputs to plan timelines for both software development and quality assurance.<br />
<br />•	Review the UAT results,  highlight issues and ensure appropriate solutions are implemented to resolve identified issues.<br />
<br />•	Work with development team to coordinate the smooth integration of features and their delivery.<br />
<br />•	Assist in identifying and resolving post-go-live incidents in an effective and timely manner.<br />
<br />•	Conduct post implementation review on new system implementations as well as significant changes to existing systems to identify shortfalls in the system. Provide appropriate recommendations to resolve identified shortfalls.<br />
<br />•	Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.<br />
<br />•	Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required.</p>
